The Hellraid DLC (Downloadable Content) is set to transport the Player to a strange world of fantasy and magic, where Demons abound. The Gameplay
The Game proceeds by the new model, which is generated procedurally. The Player is rewarded at each step of crossing a stage by prizes, each time they visit and revisit the Fortress. In order to improve Hellraid Rankings, Players need to proceed as Solo Combatants or in Groups of Four Players, who must cooperate with each other to leverage their access to new weapons. The Players are allowed to take these new weapons back to the main game, in order to battle the Demonic Creatures they meet. This in turn further improves the Players’ rankings and station in the Game.

This has led to a far more fine-tuned game, and now the eager waiting is almost over.
The Inside Story
The basic rationale behind the original suspension of Hellraid seems to be the lack of interest shown by the followers of the Game in the initially very straight forward plot and locale. This has led the Developers to pull back the original offering in 2015 and create a mashup between the original Dying Light concept and the zombie world of Hellraiders (through a portal), which is now being released to eager fans who have lapped up the trailers and the advertising, and whose feedback has been sought at every stage of development. The present Game is therefore a clever collaboration between the Developers and their expected Audience, and all Beta Tests have so far proved them to be dead right in their estimate. It now looks like a clear Winner.
