Gameplay
The controls in UFL are pretty similar to EA FC 25, and the graphics look great too. But the gameplay has some issues. For example, the pass assist doesn’t always work right. Sometimes, when I try to pass to a nearby player, it sends the ball to someone random instead. It’s super annoying!

Turning with the ball feels weird and awkward. Also, the speed and acceleration stats don’t seem to matter much. Even fast players feel slow sometimes.

Another strange thing is that players keep running even after you lose possession. Like, you’ll get the ball back and try to pass to a winger, only to find he’s way offside because he kept running too far. It’s not a huge problem, but it’s still frustrating when it happens.

Game Modes
UFL doesn’t offer much in terms of game modes. There’s one main mode like EA FC’s Ultimate Team, but it’s pretty basic. You can play local matches or do some training, but that’s about it. If you’re hoping for tournaments or manager modes, UFL doesn’t have them. Compared to EA FC 25, it feels pretty empty.

Free-to-Play and Licenses
One thing UFL does well is being free to play. You don’t have to pay to start playing, which is great for people who don’t want to spend money. But if you want to build a competitive team, you’ll likely end up spending money anyway.

For a simple football game, eFootball might be a better free-to-play option. EA FC 25 costs money upfront, but it gives you way more options and feels more complete.

Final Thoughts
UFL has potential. It’s not bad for a new game, and with some updates, it could get a lot better. But right now, EA FC 25 is the better game. It’s more fun, realistic, and has way more to do.

If you want a free football game, UFL is worth a shot, but it’s got some work to do.
